The challenge

Gordon & MacPhail required the complete rewrite of their website to better meet the needs of their consumers and fit the current brand image of the company. This work was one of the many projects undertaken while working for G&M as Marketing Manager.

This included:

A ‘terms & conditions’ entry page to protect underage viewers, a new shopping section, extensive whisky tasting notes, a detailed whisky guide and history, and distillery profiles.

> Numbers of unique visitors to the website were more than doubled within three months of the relaunch

> Sales of hampers and personalized labels exceeded initial expectations

> Visitors were delighted by the extent of  new and detailed whisky information available
